I stayed at the hotel and found that while the rooms were a bit cold even with the radiator on for the price, the service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was a bit far from the city center but had stunning views of the lake and mountains. The dining experience had some ups and downs, with good food but below expectations at times, and the facilities were lacking in some areas.
This hotel offers absolutely stunning views of the lake and a beautiful balcony setting. The rooms, although a bit old, were cozy and nice. The location by Lake Thun is its best feature, perfect for relaxation, and immersion in nature. Overall, a great location with cozy rooms and decent dining options.
